Perginya KIDbrush buat selama-lamanya....

Aku mmg ade perasan dah bape ari KIDbrush xmejenguk blog ku.Selalu komen2 dy mmg leh wat aku menagis sebb xtahan ketawa...aku mmg slalu jengah blog dy,mmg entry2 KIDbrush klakar.....mmg xkering gusi lah bace.Tapi tadi aku tergerak nk jengah blog dy,mne tahu dy outstaion tuh yg xde update blog!tapi berita sedih yg aku dpt!KIDbrush telah kembali ke rahmatullah mlm kelmarin jam 10.30mlm....kerana dijangkiti kuman kencing tikus.Sugguh terkejut dan sedih.Allahyarham meninggalkan seorng balu yg sedang sarat mengandung.....
Jadi kepada blogger yg masih belum tahu cerita sebenar harap maklum dan same2 lah kite mendoakan agar roh arwah KIDbrush(Iskandar zulkarnain) dicucuri rahmat oleh Allah S.W.T....Al-Fatihah....

Makanan yang agak sihat!pegaga & ikan kering

Slalu aku post entry resipi yg modern2 kan,so kali nie mmg aku nk bg korang resipi makanan kg.Aku sebenarnyer xpandai makan ulam..tp skunk dah ok lah sbb aku tgk ramai kwn2 aku ske mkn,aku pown ikut!Resipi yg aku nk bg nie resipi bujang jew…tp sihat gak lah!hehehehe…jom tgk!
1)Pegaga dicampur bumbu
2)ikan kering goreng
3)sardine
4)sosej















Pegaga dicampur bumbu
*tah ler pelik bunyik,tp orng Indonesia paggil perencah tuh bumbu kan so aku tiru lah..
Bahan2
-pegaga ikut kemahuan  korng,,klu nk byk kena lah beli byk
-bawang merah(ikut byk pegaga)
-Bawang putih(pown sme)
-ikan bilis(yg nie letak byk sedap)
-lada chili(letak ikut korng gak,klu xnk pedas letak sket jew)
Cara penyediaan
-Senang jew,korng rebus pegaga tuh smpai lembut sket
-segala bawang,bwg putih,ikan bilis, lada di goreng dgn menggunakan myk yg sikit jew..(tips kesihatan)hehhe
-lepas tuh korang toskan lah pegaga td,kemudian tumbuk perencah td sekali smpai agak2 lumat(aer daun pegaga jgn buang sebb korang leh wat rendam kaki or cuci badan.tips lg)
-kemudian campurkan je lah pegaga ngn bumbu tuh,smpai sebati,kemudian hidang

Ikan kering
-Goreng jew,,,hidang



Sosej
-pown sme


 Sardin
-macam biasa panaskan je kat kuali hidang
Makan!heeheh,,selamat mencube kwn2!

*nota kaki:sedap pegaga makan mentah tp pahit aku xske pahit2 so aku rebus

Jerebu di pagi monink!

Sempat aku snap time drive,mmg jerebu,,mgkin Senai kan kawasan perindustrian so,udara dah xbersih n kilang2 nie mgkin penyebabnyer....tp nie ok lg,,dlu ade skali lgsung xleh nmpak smpai kena bukak lampu!mmg teruk..nasib opis aku agak jauh dr kawasan perindustrian.Klu lalu kat kawasan sane mmg bau material kena baka tuh sgt kuat smpai sesak nafas kdg!pencemaran lah...

yeah!rambut baru jiwa baru!

Ringan nyer,,,tuh lah aku rase skunk!dah bpe kali pending nk wat rambut...kali nie bru jadi,penat den nuggu sehari sib bek stylist tuh mmg pandai tackle customer n berbual!sanggup drive dari Kulaijaya ke Kota Tinggi semata2 utk wat rambut..sebb saloon nie mmg puas hati!dy siap advice kite style cmner yg ok,kaler ape yg ok,cmner nk jage rambut..mmg sume ok lah!Bf aku pown tak tahan potong gak ambot...hahhaa..kopak wet bos smlam!hik3..kepada spe yg nk dtg tuh bleh lah ke Plaza Kota Tinggi,tgkat 2..
harga pown bleh tahan gak!Shwan Saloon..kad dy aku tggal kat umah..nnt aku msukkan erk!so,korang tgk lah erk...tq2...

Egg Rolls...


 Ingredients
  • 6 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion (optional)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can shrimp, drained
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • cornstarch
  • 20 egg roll wrappers
  • vegetable oil for frying
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, carrots, sprouts, celery, and onion. Stir in shrimp, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Pour beaten egg into a skillet placed over medium heat; cook flat and thin, flipping once, until done. Remove from skillet, cool, and chop finely. Stir egg into cabbage mixture. Sprinkle top with cornstarch, mix, and allow to sit 10 minutes.
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold water. Set aside.
  4. Place 2 or 3 tablespoons of the shrimp mixture into the center of an egg roll skin. Dip a spoon into the water and cornstarch mixture, and moisten all corners but the bottom corner. Fold the egg roll skin from the bottom over the mixture, making a tight tube of the shrimp mixture. Fold corners in from the sides, and press to stick against folded roll. Then roll the rest of the way. Repeat with remaining egg roll wrappers.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan to a depth of 3 or 4 inches, and heat oil to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Carefully place egg rolls into hot oil, and fry until golden brown. Remove to paper towels.

selamat tinggal boss!!










sisa2 hari terakhir boss ngn ktorng sblum benti,,,,mmg sedih gak.slalu bertegang urat tp nnt baik semula..lepas beberapa hari boss xde rase jaggal nyer.Slalu pe2 report kat boss,skunk nie nk report kat boss gak,tp boss baru!xkan same.Sebb boss yg lame dah serasi..pe2 pown gud luck Mr Peter Tan.

resipi nasi ayam buatan ku.....


Berkulat tulat blog aku xupdate…bz lah der..nie aku nk  menebus segala tebusan yg xterbayar..ahahha.kak Nab2 sume sowi lah yerk...mak bz lah nok2 sekelian...cbok ngn raye smpai nk update blog tertinggal...kali nie aku nk kongsi resipi!beselah kan aku nie memang bakal suri rumah bertangga tangga,hik3,kenelah blaja masak.tgk jew ganas!ayak!ahhahahaha..pada sape yg terlepas bace blog aku dr dlu mmg dah byk resipi aku buh dlm blog aku korg tgk2 lah erk..mudah jew care nyer..kali nie nasi ayam!yg nie ade leceh sket lah.
bahan2
-ayam sebeldi..hahaha,xlah sekor tp korng potong besau2 ok?
-halia
-bawang putih
-serai
-daun salad
-timun
-lada basah
-tomato
-sos tiram
-cuka
-kiub ayam

cara masak:
-ayam korng rebus ngn bawang.sup bunjut,ngn kiub ayam,agak ayam nk lembut sket angkat ngn tos kan.sup jgn buang leh wat kuah..
-ayam tuh korng perap ngn sos tiram,madu,n halia n bawang putih yg dah ditumbuk,perap lame.lg lame lg sodap.
-masak nasi yerk kwn2,halia,serai,bawang putih korng tumbuk n tumis dlu,pastuh bru msukkan beras,sukat aer kot korng lah..aku xpandai sgt..hik3..kiub ayam skali masuk kn gak
-sos merah tuh senang jew,korng mek lada basah ngn bawang putih korng blender smpai lumat..pastuh masuk cuke sket ngn gule,siap
-ayam yg dah perap korng goreng or bakar smpai masak
-potong ayam,hias ngn salad ,tomato n timun..hidang
-pe lg...makan
